When the boys hit the stage and started Thunderstruck, the 70,000+ crowd went absolutely crazy!! The band played hard, sharp and loud. Everybody was anticipating something special and by the time the boys were due on stage the crowd were getting frenzied. The crowd still going Nuts as Angus kicks off Shoot to Thrill, what a track followed by Back in Black to Hell ain't a Bad Place it was absolutleyfuckinbrilliant and had to be the Best opening at Donington I've ever seen!! Thank God for AC/DC the energy they create on stage I knew then I was following the right Band, I also spotted meself on the bluray DVD Live at Donington. Seeing Angus apear on top of those speakers in a red school suit playing the opening lead to Thunderstruck was to much the crowd just went Nuts!! It was like the old Rockers were back in town to show Metallica and the Black Crows how to Rock the Donington stage, as Angus duckwalked right across it in front of 72,500 fans the cameras never took there eyes of whilst filming. I enjoyed the Black Crows and the Metallica set but it was AC/DC i was determined to see havin been a die hard fan ever since i heard the open chords to Highway to Hell! I just had to get to the front after being hit on the head by everything thats tossed into the air, if you have been to a Donington you know what I mean.
